Machine Description

New Silicon+ SFS high-speed servo feeder, available as SFS 200 or SFS 300. Driven by a brushless servo motor with synchronous belt transmission, which eliminates gear clearance and wear and runs without noise or lubrication, driving a synchronised pair of roller segments. Synchronisation between the feeder and the punching machine is done through a cam signal from the press PLC. Programmable feeding for up to 10 groups of feeding pitches, saved as recipes; the feed length can be adjusted steplessly during operation. Rolls can be supplied with a PU surface on request for delicate raw material.
