Machine Description

Pepperl+Fuchs GL30-RT/30/40a/98a photoelectric slot sensor, Part No. 201766, designed for reliable detection of small objects in industrial automation and machine applications. The sensor features a 30 mm slot width, 35 mm slot depth and modulated visible red LED light. It operates from 10–30 V DC and provides a single NPN open-collector output with short-circuit protection. With a switching frequency of 3 kHz, response time of up to 160 µs, and repeat accuracy of 0.05 mm, the GL30 series is suitable for fast detection and positioning applications.
