Machine Description

Swiss-built Bruderer BSTA 25 high-speed stamping press for high-volume production of precision stampings such as connectors, contacts and fine blanked parts. Built 1980 and refurbished. The 4-column monoblock frame runs on a hydrostatic variable-speed drive with pneumatic clutch and brake, and a circulating oil lubrication system with oil pump and oil cooler serves the drive train. Strip is handled by a Bruderer BBV 202/120 synchronised mechanical roll feeder.
